Entry-Level Salaries Sample Clauses

Entry-Level Salaries. Classified employees and instructional assistants (Local 518 and Local 529) with a hire date on or after August 21, 1993, and March 15, 2005, shall be paid 90% of Step A, 95% of Step B, and 100% of Step C through Step G on the salary schedules identified as TIER 1 – Salary Schedules on the effective dates defined in 18.2(A) and (B) above. Classified employees and instructional assistants (Local 518 and Local 529) employed before August 21, 1993, who later are transferred or promoted to another position shall be paid one hundred percent (100%) of whatever step is applicable to them at the time of transfer or promotion. Employees hired on or before March 15, 2005, will remain on the salary schedules identified as TIER 1 – Salary Schedule, throughout their employment provided no break in service. Any classified employee except for all skill trades and instructional assistants (Local 518 and Local 529) who resigns for any reason after March 15, 2005, and is re-employed in the same classification within one (1) year of the date of leaving, shall upon return to employment, be placed upon the same step that he/she was on at the time of resignation on the salary schedule identified as TIER 2 – Salary Schedule. All other re-employments will be considered new hires.

Entry-Level Salaries. The entry level salary shall be based on the average of the entry-level salaries of the member school districts. If a district has an open or undefined salary it shall not be used in the calculation of the average entry- level wage. The calculation of the entry-level salary shall be completed no later than July 31st of that budget year. One-Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($1,400.00) shall be added to the base salary for each year of teaching or trade experience that is credited by the Executive Director at the time of employment up to a maximum of eight (8) years. The basis for such credited experience shall be all or part of the individual's actual employment history or teaching history. In the event it is difficult to fill an existing vacancy, the Board of Directors reserves the right to exceed the maximum teaching or trade experience.
Entry-Level Salaries. If the District hires a new employee at a higher rate of pay than current employees in the same job title, all current employees will be brought up to the same rate of pay as the new employee.

  • Basic Salaries The basic salaries of employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to, and incorporated in this Agreement. These salaries shall remain in effect from July 1 through June 30.

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to his or her current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Sick Leave Payout No cash payment for unused sick leave will be paid to any employee leaving the service of the Employer.

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.

  • Sick Leave Pay A Nurse granted sick leave shall be paid for the period of such leave at her or his regular hourly rate of pay and the number of hours thus paid shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave credits of the Nurse.

  • Total Compensation Contractor shall include Total Compensation in XXX for each of its five most highly compensated Executives for the preceding fiscal year if:
