The "After March" clause establishes that certain terms, obligations, or actions specified in the agreement will only take effect or become relevant after the month of March has passed. For example, this clause might delay the start of a service, the enforcement of a fee, or the application of a policy until April 1 or later. After March. 4, 2016, when a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Hospital is hired as a Registered Nurse (RN), such nurse shall be placed on the RN wage scale in effect at the time at the wage step rate that is closest to, but not less than, the LPN wage step rate the nurse was previously receiving as an LPN at the Hospital.
After March. 1st when enrollment increases, the District shall provide service to such students by either paying any existing IS teacher, or any other appropriately credentialed teacher, at the contracted hourly rate. Regardless of the total increase in the number of students, the District shall post a generic hourly opportunity for IS that will remain in effect for the remainder of the school year.
