Employer Initiated Grievances. The Employer shall have the right to initiate grievances at Step 3 and those grievances must be submitted in writing to the Union within fifteen (15) business days after the Employer knew or should have known of the incident or occurrence giving rise to the grievance.

Employer Initiated Grievances. Employer-initiated individual or policy grievances shall have the same time limits and procedures as Union-initiated grievances.
Employer Initiated Grievances. The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure. Such a grievance will be initiated in writing to the President of the Union or their designate. The time limits shall be as outlined in the grievance procedure.

Work rules shall be reviewed with new employees, conspicuously posted and made available to all employees.
