Processing grievances definition

Processing grievances as set forth above, shall mean representing grievants at grievance conferences with management personnel. Such representation shall include reasonable time to gather information, interview witnesses or prepare presentations. Only one (1) grievance representative shall receive release time per grievance.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;

You agree to authorize XOOM to obtain your credit information and you agree to authorize your local utility to release all information relating to your historical and current electricity usage, billing and payment history to XOOM or its authorized representatives. You acknowledge that XOOM has full authority to make all rates and tariff selections necessary to meet its obligations under this Agreement. You may rescind this authorization at any time by contacting XOOM.
