Employee Incentive Time Off. ‌ Employees whose actual regular hours worked (i.e., hours actually worked) and paid City observed holidays during a measurement period are equal to or greater than 430 hours but less than 440 hours, will receive 4 hours of Employee Incentive Time Off. Employees whose actual regular hours and paid City observed holidays worked during a measurement period are at least for 440 hours or more up to 480 hours, will receive 8 hours of Employee Incentive Time Off. Employees may accrue up to 80 hours of Employee Incentive Time Off and may use the time as soon as it is earned upon approval of the employee’s immediate supervisor. Any Employee Incentive Time Off earned beyond 80 hours will be automatically cashed out. Employees may voluntarily cash out the entire balance or any portion of their Employee Incentive Time Off at any time. The measurement period for the Employee Incentive Time Off shall be calculated as follows in this paragraph: In every two week pay period, employees in this unit are regularly scheduled to work 80 hours. In six consecutive pay periods, employees are scheduled to work 480 regular work hours. Effective March 20, 2017, the regular hours actually worked by each employee in this unit and paid City observed holidays will be tabulated at the conclusion of six consecutive pay periods. The six consecutive pay periods will be called a measurement period. (For example: March 20 to June 11, 2017, is a measurement period.) The parties will meet two times each year to review and discuss the effectiveness of the Employee Incentive Time Off Program.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Effective September 1, 1986, employees covered by this Agreement, hired on or after October 1, 1977, who are not entitled to disability leave under State Statute R.C.W. 41.26, shall be eligible for the following sick leave incentive program:

  • Sick Leave Incentive Program MSUAASF and Minnesota State may develop a sick leave incentive program through the establishment of a joint committee.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Compensatory Time Off i) Regular and non-regular type 2 faculty members may choose, prior to starting an overload, whether to accept financial compensation or compensatory time off as payment for the overload.

  • Vacation Bonus Employees shall receive one day's base pay (or adjusted earnings) for each year of service beyond twenty-five (25) years, to a maximum of ten (10) days’ pay.

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.

  • Accrued 100% sick leave The use of sick leave under this subsection is at the employee's discretion.

  • Incentive Compensation During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee from time to time. The Executive’s initial target annual incentive compensation shall be 40 percent of his Base Salary (the “Target Annual Incentive Compensation”). Except as otherwise provided herein, to earn incentive compensation, the Executive must be employed by the Company on the day such incentive compensation is paid.

  • Accrued Sick Leave The Board shall provide all employees with a cumulative record 23 of accrued sick leave hours on each pay statement.
