Observed Holidays Provider reserves the right to identify observed holidays and adjust its holiday schedules from time to time.
Landlord’s cleaning contractor and its employees shall have access to the Premises at all times except between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays which are not Observed Holidays.
Business Days: All days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Observed Holidays.
Observed Holidays occurring during sick leave shall not be counted as a day of sick leave, except for employees receiving holiday pay.
