EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. 23.1 This Agreement shall be effective from March 6, 2022 and shall be valid until March 5, 2025 and thereafter from year to year unless a written notice is given by either party not less than sixty (60) days, nor more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, of their desire to terminate this Agreement or renegotiate a revision thereof, in which case this Agreement shall remain in effect without prejudice to any retroactive clause of a new Agreement until negotiations for revision or amendments hereto have been concluded and a new Agreement superseding this Agreement has been duly executed.

Dated: _ By: ALASKA NURSES ASSOCIATION Dated: _ By: MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT “Call Block” Central Peninsula General Hospital (“Hospital”) and the Alaska Nurses Association (“Association”) hereby enter into the following agreement for the purpose of providing language to allow nurses to deviate from contract language related to pay status for on call hours and call back hours at the Hospital.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Agreement is concluded subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of the Controlling Entity and the approval of the shareholders’ meeting of the Controlled Entity. It becomes effective upon entry in the commercial register of the Controlled Entity and applies for the period from the beginning of the fiscal year of the entry.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1. This Agreement, and/or any subsequent amendments must be in writing and shall be effective when executed by both Parties with resolutions passed by the governing bodies of each Party except as otherwise specified below. The approval and terms of this Agreement and any amendments, except as specified below, shall be entered in the official minutes and proceedings of the governing bodies of each Party. An executed copy of this Agreement and any amendments shall also be filed with the office of the Clerk of the County with Secretary of State.
