I(we) certify and CITY STATE ZIP represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and Agreement. DAM. This is a legally binding contract with the purpose of protecting the Seller, Purchaser and the puppy. Should you, the Purchaser, at any time prior to taking possession of your puppy change your mind it shall be understood that any deposit paid is non refundable. As breeders, it is our hope that you will take exceptional care of this puppy throughout its entire life. This means providing socialization, medical, proper nutritional, physical needs as necessary, treating your Golden Retriever as part of your family, and giving it lots of love for the remainder of its life. If for any reason you are unable to keep this puppy please contact us first. We will accept one of our offspring back. We do not repurchase or “buy backdogs unless under the terms of our “right to first refusalclause contained herein. Remember that environment and how it has been raised has tremendous impact on how the dog will turn out. Purchaser agrees that this puppy will receive obedience training beginning at approximately 4 months of age. Seller certifies that said puppy is in good health to the best of Seller’s knowledge. The purchaser is strongly advised to have the puppy vet checked within three days of collecting the puppy. If upon examination the veterinarian finds that said puppy is not in good health, the Purchaser must notify the Seller within 24 hours. Purchaser shall return the puppy to the Seller with all of the veterinarian documentation. Seller shall replace said puppy with another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. The Purchaser agrees that any and all transportation at any and all times, to and/or from the Seller’s premises, will be at the cost and sole responsibility of the Purchaser. The seller is not responsible for any veterinary fees once dog/puppy has left Seller’s premises. No reimbursements for veterinary care will be made by seller to Purchaser. The Purchaser agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to: vaccinations, internal and external parasite prevention and/or treatment and heart worm preventative medication if travelling to areas needed. The Purchaser agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy in regards to hip dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries (ie. Not allowing the puppy to jump from heights taller than itself at the shoulder, no forced exercise etc.) This agreement is made by both parties to ensure the well being and protection of this...

DAM. Danger - Dam warning buoys are present at the Wonder Lake Dam spillway at the northeast end of the lake. Lake users should always stay a minimum of fifty (50) feet from the dam spillway. Sign up by sending an e-mail to: office@wlmpoa.org DUCK BLINDS Only MPOA approved duck blinds may be placed in or on Wonder Lake. A map showing all MPOA approved duck blind locations and the list of duck blind owners is available at the MPOA office. Duck blinds may be readied no more than 14 days prior to the start of the duck season. The Wonder Lake Sportsman’s Club Duck Blind Committee shall inspect and approve blinds the weekend prior to the start of duck season. Removal of in-water duck blinds must be completed by the weekend following the close of duck season. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the loss of the blind permit to the duck blind owner. If any blind on the lake is deemed unkempt or unsightly (blinds are to be kept free of debris and loose or broken boards in the non-hunting season) by the MPOA, the owner of the blind shall be given 14 day notice in writing by the Sportsman’s Club to correct the situation or remove the blind.
