DAM Clause Samples
The "Dam" clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the construction, maintenance, or use of a dam within the context of an agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for ensuring the dam meets safety and regulatory standards, and may specify procedures for inspections, repairs, or liability in case of failure. This clause serves to allocate risk and clarify obligations, helping to prevent disputes and ensure the safe and compliant operation of the dam.
