Other Payments. You must give your correct TIN, but you do not have to sign the certification unless you have been notified that you have previously given an incorrect TIN. “Other payments” include payments made in the course of the requester’s trade or business for rents, royalties, goods (other than bills for merchandise), medical and health care services (including payments to corporations), payments to a nonemployee for services, payments made in settlement of payment card and third party network transactions, payments to certain fishing boat crew members and fishermen, and gross proceeds paid to attorneys (including payments to corporations).
Other Payments. (a) Any payments received by the Subordination Agent for which no provision as to the application thereof is made in this Agreement shall be distributed by the Subordination Agent (i) in the order of priority specified in Section 3.2 hereof and (ii) to the extent received or realized at any time after the Final Distributions for each Class of Certificates have been made, in the manner provided in clause “first” of Section 3.2 hereof.
Other Payments. The payment due under Section 3 hereof shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any payments or benefits due to the Employee under any other plan, policy or program of the Company except that no payments shall be due to the Employee under the Company's then severance pay plan for employees.
Other Payments. Any payments received by the Mortgagee for which no provision as to the application thereof is made in the Lease, the Participation Agreement, elsewhere in this Trust Indenture or in any other Operative Agreement shall be distributed by the Mortgagee to the extent received or realized at any time (i) prior to the payment in full of all Secured Obligations due the Note Holders, in the order of priority specified in Section 3.01 hereof subject to the proviso thereto, and (ii) after payment in full of all Secured Obligations, in the following order of priority: First,to the extent payments or amounts described in clause “First” of Section 3.03 hereof are otherwise obligations of Lessee under the Operative Agreements or for which the Lessee is obligated to indemnify against thereunder, in the manner provided in clause “First” of Section 3.03 hereof, and Second,in the manner provided in clause “Fourth” of Section 3.03 hereof. Further, and except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.02, 3.03 and 3.04 hereof, all payments received and amounts realized by the Mortgagee under the Lease or otherwise with respect to the Aircraft (including, without limitation, all amounts realized upon the sale or release of the Aircraft after the termination of the Lease with respect thereto), to the extent received or realized at any time after payment in full of all Secured Obligations due the Note Holders, shall be distributed by the Mortgagee in the order of priority specified in clause (ii) of the immediately preceding sentence of this Section 3.05.
Other Payments. Upon the termination of the Executive's employment, in addition to the amounts payable under any Paragraph above, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

In addition to Loan payments required of the Borrower under this Agreement, the Borrower agrees to make additional payments, at any time and from time to time until this Agreement is terminated, to the City for any and all costs, expenses and liabilities paid or incurred by the City, including reasonable fees of counsel and disbursements thereof in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Deed of Trust or any of the other Loan Documents or paid or incurred by the City in satisfaction of any obligation of the Borrower hereunder which is not performed by the Borrower in accordance with the terms hereof in the Deed of Trust or any of the other Loan Documents. The Borrower shall also prepay or reimburse the City for any and all expenses, costs and liabilities paid or incurred, or to be paid or incurred, by the City or any of its officers, employees and agents, including reasonable fees of counsel and disbursements thereof, requested by the Borrower, or required by this Agreement, or incurred in enforcing the provisions of this Agreement, or incurred in defending any action or proceedings with respect to the Property or this Agreement, or arising out of or based upon any other document relating to this Agreement, which are not otherwise required to be paid by the Borrower hereunder.
Other Payments. Any payments received by the Mortgagee for which no provision as to the application thereof is made elsewhere in this Trust Indenture or in any other Operative Agreement shall be distributed by the Mortgagee to the extent received or realized at any time, in the order of priority specified in Section 3.01 hereof, and after payment in full of all amounts then due in accordance with Section 3.01 in the manner provided in clause “Fourth” of Section 3.03 hereof.
Other Payments. The Company shall not be liable under this Agreement to make any payment of amounts otherwise indemnifiable (or for which advancement is provided hereunder) if and to the extent that Indemnitee has otherwise actually received such payment under any insurance policy, contract, agreement or otherwise.
Other Payments. Failure of the Borrowers to pay any amount from time to time owing under this Loan Agreement, the Note, or any other Loan Documents (other than amounts subject to the preceding paragraph) within ten (10) days after written notice to the Borrowers; or
