Cost Estimation. All training costs are estimated. FTP and prospective internship/employment providers may require Student to pay additional fees for accommodation, food and related expenses, or any other expenses that may be incurred by FTP and internship/employment providers for Student’s relocation and additional training. Company recommends that Student reserves 10 to 15 percent of funds in addition to the estimated training cost stipulated in 3.2 of this agreement.

Cost Estimation. The YMCA shall provide a third party estimation of the anticipated construction costs (hard costs) of the design submittal. No later than one (1) month after Design Submittal.

Cost Estimation. The Architect shall submit to the Owner an estimate of the Cost of the Work at the culmination of Task 4. The Architect shall submit documents to the Owner at the intervals stated above for purposes of evaluation and approval by the Owner. The Owner’s budget for the Cost of the Work is provided in Initial Information, and may be adjusted throughout the Project as required. Evaluations of the Owner’s budget for the Cost of the Work, the preliminary estimate of the Cost of the Work and updated estimates of the Cost of the Work prepared by the Architect(or his consultant), represent the Architect’s(or his consultant’s) judgment as a design professional. It is recognized, however, that neither the Architect (or his consultant) nor the Owner has control over the cost of labor, materials or equipment; the Contractor’s methods of determining bid prices; or competitive bidding, market or negotiating conditions. Accordingly, the Architect(or his consultant) cannot and does not warrant or represent that bids or negotiated prices will not vary from the Owner’s budget for the Cost of the Work or from any estimate of the Cost of the Work or evaluation prepared or agreed to by the Architect(or his consultant). In preparing estimates of the Cost of Work, the Architect(or his consultant) shall be permitted to include contingencies for design, bidding and price escalation; to determine what materials, equipment, component systems and types of construction are to be included in the Contract Documents; to make reasonable adjustments in the program and scope of the Project; and to include in the Contract Documents alternate bids as may be necessary to adjust the estimated Cost of the Work to meet the Owner’s budget for the Cost of the Work. If Sale Area Map indicates that there are incom- pletely Marked subdivisions, the objective of Forest Ser- vice shall be to designate for cutting in such subdivisions sufficient timber so that Sale Area shall yield the ap- proximate estimated volume by species or species groups stated in A2.
