Control of Building. The Building and Premises, including keys, shall be at all times under the control of PD, and he or other duly authorized representatives of the University shall have the right to enter the Premises at all times during the period covered by this Agreement. The entrances and exits of the Premises shall be locked and unlocked at such times as may be reasonably required by Renter for Renter’s use of the Premises; but Renter at Renter’s own expense, must at all times place proper watchmen at all entrances and exits when the same are unlocked.

Control of Building. In licensing the Licensed Area to the Customer, the Authority does not relinquish the right to control the management thereof or to enforce all rules adopted by the Authority from time to time for the proper use of the Licensed Area and the Center by the Customer, its employees, agents, contractors and/or other persons admitted to the Licensed Area by the Customer. The Authority's employees and agents may enter the Licensed Area, at any time and on any occasion. The Authority reserves the right to eject any objectionable person or persons from the Licensed Area, the Center and the grounds of the Center, and the Customer hereby waives all rights and claims of damages against the City and the Authority that may be sustained through the exercise of such right.
Control of Building. In occupying the auditorium or any part thereof, KCPA does not relinquish the right to control the management thereof and to enforce all necessary and proper rules for the management and operation of the same; and the Executive Director, or his designee, may enter the building and any of the premises at any time and on any occasion.
Control of Building. The Department Facilities and Premises, including keys thereto, shall be at all times under control of the Department. The Director and other duly authorized representatives of the City may enter the Premises at all times during the Event Period. The entrances and exits of the Premises shall be locked and unlocked at such times as may be reasonably required by Client for its use of Department Facilities. Client at Client’s expense shall provide security guards arranged through the Department in numbers and at locations as determined by the Director, whose duties shall include, but not be limited to, crowd control and building security.
Control of Building. Landlord shall perform any acts which it determines to be advisable for the more efficient and proper operation of the Building. More particularly and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord shall be entitled to do the following:
Control of Building. To control and have dominion over the halls, passages, entrances, elevators, toilets, stairways, balconies and roof of the building of which the Demised Premises is a part, the same being not for the use of the general public; and Landlord shall in all cases have the right to control and prevent access thereto of all persons whose presence in the judgment of Landlord or his agents, shall be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation and interests of the building of which the Demised Premises is a part and its tenants.
Control of Building. The Building and Common Areas will be at all times under the exclusive control, management and operation of Landlord. Subject to Section 5.04(b), Landlord may from time to time (i) alter or redecorate the Building (including the Common Areas or Service Areas) or construct additional facilities adjoining or approximate to the Building; (ii) close temporarily doors, entry ways, public spaces and corridors and interrupt or suspend temporarily Building services and facilities in order to perform any redecorating or alteration or in order to prevent the public from acquiring prescriptive rights in the Common Areas; and (iii) change the name of the Building and/or the Project.

Denial of the use or access to the premises for longer than forty-eight (48) hours, except for reasons beyond Lessor's control, will be the basis of rent abatement based on a thirty (30) day month. Denial of access or use for longer than a week for any reason abates all rent from the date of denial and for longer periods such continuing inability to occupy or use the premises will be a cause for the termination of the lease at Lessee's option. Rent shall be abated in any event for the duration of the denial of use period, if beyond forty-eight (48) consecutive hours.
Control of Building. Xxxxx County reserves the right for its authorized employees or contract employees to enter the premises at any time • FHEC is not opened, nor does an event begin, without the expressed permission of Xxxxx County.
