Lessor’s Rights Clause Samples

The "Lessor’s Rights" clause defines the specific powers and entitlements reserved for the property owner or landlord under a lease agreement. This clause typically outlines the lessor’s ability to enter the premises for inspections, make necessary repairs, or enforce lease terms if the tenant defaults. For example, it may allow the lessor to terminate the lease or seek damages if the tenant fails to pay rent or violates other conditions. Its core function is to protect the lessor’s interests and ensure they retain sufficient control over their property, thereby addressing potential risks associated with leasing.
