Common use of Control of Building Clause in Contracts

Control of Building. The Building and Premises, including keys, shall be at all times under the control of PD, and he or other duly authorized representatives of the University shall have the right to enter the Premises at all times during the period covered by this Agreement. The entrances and exits of the Premises shall be locked and unlocked at such times as may be reasonably required by Renter for Renter’s use of the Premises; but Renter at Renter’s own expense, must at all times place proper watchmen at all entrances and exits when the same are unlocked.
