Person or Persons Sample Clauses

The 'Person or Persons' clause defines how references to individuals or groups are interpreted within the contract. It clarifies that terms such as 'person' can refer to a single individual, multiple individuals, or even legal entities like companies, depending on the context. This ensures that the rights and obligations outlined in the agreement apply appropriately, regardless of whether one or more parties are involved. The core function of this clause is to prevent ambiguity in interpreting contractual terms, thereby ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the document.
