Security Guards definition

Security Guards means, Security Guards deployed by the Agency.
Security Guards are bargaining unit members who are not certified to carry a weapon.
Security Guards means, Security Guards deployed by the Agency and House Keeping Man Service (Sweepers) deployed by the Agency.

  • security guard means an employee defined as a “guard” or a “security guard” in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. 1983;

  • Security Guarantee means the guarantee of the Securities executed by each Guarantor and the notation thereof executed pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Physical Safeguards are physical measures, policies, and procedures to protect CONTRACTOR’s electronic information systems and related buildings and equipment, from natural and environmental hazards, and unauthorized intrusion.

  • Security System means the building access control system developed by Manager and known as the O.P.E.N.centrix - Open Platform for Essential Networks, which includes, without limitation, the Application Software, the firmware containing the Application Software, the O.P.E.N.cortex platform software and all hardware related thereto;

  • Electronic Signatures means any electronic symbol or process attached to, or associated with, any contract or other record and adopted by a person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such contract or record.

  • Security Tests means conduct tests of the processes and countermeasures contained in the Security Plan.

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.
