Contractor Documents. 3.7.4.1 GOPs (CDRL A031) This deliverable is required by NAVAIR 3710.1G – Contractor’s Flight and Ground Operations and applies to Contractor personnel who perform ground operations on aircraft and those personnel who operate and maintain ground support equipment used in support of aircraft. The GOPs must reflect the procedures the Contractor will use. The Contractor is responsible for writing, implementing, and enforcing their procedures and identifying and correcting deficiencies. Work on aircraft cannot begin until GOPs are approved by the Government.
Contractor Documents. The contractor shall provide the documents related to the construction that should be prepared by the contractor in accordance with the terms of the special contract, and submit it to the supervisor in accordance with the time limit, quantity and form stipulated in the terms of the special contract, and the contractor shall submit it to the contractor. Unless otherwise stipulated in the special contract terms, the supervisor shall complete the examination within 7 days after receiving the contractor's documents. If the supervisor has objections to the contractor's documents, the contractor shall modify it and re-submit it to the supervisor. The supervision of the supervisor does not relieve or exempt the contractor from the responsibility of the contract.
Contractor Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agents, copies of each Contractor Document, accompanied by a certificate of an Authorized Officer of each Credit Party, certifying that (i) each such Contractor Document (A) is a true and correct copy thereof, and (B) is in full force and effect, and (ii) no default, event of default, termination event, or similar event has occurred and is continuing under any Contractor Document.

  • Aircraft Documents The following documentation and information is part of the Aircraft, and is the property of the Lessor. The documentation shall be in English, complete, current, accurate and include the latest revisions, in good condition, readable and capable of being reproduced using standard reproduction processes. All documentation shall have the necessary stamps, endorsements, certifications and signatures where appropriate. Bulk storage media (microfilm, CD, DVD) shall be in an industry standard format, requiring no proprietary or “fee added” software to access. One set of any such bulk storage media or one set of paper documentation shall be provided. All records listed in this Exhibit B shall be provided notwithstanding any policies of the Aviation Authority or the Reference Regulatory Agency that may allow the disposal of such records.

  • Customer Agreements 29.1 Trader to include provisions in Customer Agreements: The following clauses apply in respect of the Trader’s Customer Agreements:

Except as disclosed in Section 3.11(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, each Company Benefit Plan is in writing and the Company has made available to Parent a true and complete copy of each Company Benefit Plan and a true and complete copy of each material document, if any, prepared in connection with each such Company Benefit Plan, including, without limitation, a copy of (i) each trust or other funding arrangement currently in effect, (ii) the current summary plan description and any subsequent summary of material modifications, (iii) the most recently filed Internal Revenue Service (the "IRS") Form 5500, (iv) the most recently received IRS determination letter for each such Company Benefit Plan and (v) the most recently prepared actuarial report and financial statement in connection with each such Company Benefit Plan. Except as disclosed in Section 3.11(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, there are no other employee benefit plans, programs, arrangements or agreements, whether formal or informal, whether in writing or not, to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary is a party, with respect to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary has any obligation or which are maintained, contributed to or sponsored by the Company or any Company Subsidiary for the benefit of any current or former employee, consultant, officer or director of the Company or any Company Subsidiary. Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary has any express or implied commitment, whether legally enforceable or not, (i) to create, incur liability with respect to or cause to exist any other employee benefit plan, program or arrangement, (ii) to enter into any contract or agreement to provide compensation or benefits to any individual or (iii) to modify, change or terminate any Company Benefit Plan, other than with respect to a modification, change or termination required by ERISA or the Code.

  • Control Documents (a) Each of the parties to the Control Documents has the legal right, power and authority to enter into and perform its/his/her obligations under each Control Document to which it/he/she is a party and has taken all necessary corporate action to authorize the execution, delivery and performance of, and has authorized, executed and delivered, each Control Document to which it/he/she is a party; (b) each Control Document constitutes a legally binding obligation of the parties thereto, enforceable in accordance with its terms; and (c) each Control Document is in full force and effect.

  • Project Agreements Provided that where the company commences work on a project where a site agreement exists to which the company is contractually obligated or where a site agreement exists between the union and the client or their agent that provides for higher rates of pay and conditions, the conditions contained in any such site agreement will take precedence over this Agreement for the duration of the project.
