Authorized Officer definition

Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.
Authorized Officer means, with respect to any Person, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, the president, any vice president, treasurer, general counsel, secretary or another executive officer of such Person.
Authorized Officer means, as applied to any Person, any individual holding the position of chairman of the board (if an officer), chief executive officer, president or one of its vice presidents (or the equivalent thereof), and such Person’s chief financial officer or treasurer.

More Definitions of Authorized Officer

Authorized Officer means any of the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer or Controller of the Borrower, or such other officer of the Borrower as may be designated by the Borrower in writing to the Administrative Agent from time to time, acting singly.
