Aircraft Documents. The following documentation and information is part of the Aircraft, and is the property of the Lessor. The documentation shall be in English, complete, current, accurate and include the latest revisions, in good condition, readable and capable of being reproduced using standard reproduction processes. All documentation shall have the necessary stamps, endorsements, certifications and signatures where appropriate. Bulk storage media (microfilm, CD, DVD) shall be in an industry standard format, requiring no proprietary or “fee added” software to access. One set of any such bulk storage media or one set of paper documentation shall be provided. All records listed in this Exhibit B shall be provided notwithstanding any policies of the Aviation Authority or the Reference Regulatory Agency that may allow the disposal of such records.

Aircraft Documents. A. CERTIFICATES - FAA Certificate of Airworthiness
Aircraft Documents. Lessee, at its expense, will at all times maintain and preserve all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data required or recommended by the Airframe, Engine, Appliance, or any Part manufacturer, or required from time to time by the Aviation Authority with respect to the Aircraft, including without limitation shop records detailing service checks, inspections, tests, repairs, or overhauls. All documentation of any type referred to in the preceding sentence is herein individually and collectively referred to as the "Aircraft Documents." Records produced by electronic data processing or other automated means are not acceptable, except as summary documents accompanied by original, or manual, records, unless specifically approved by the Lessor in writing. Aircraft Documents pertaining to maintenance shall contain verification of accomplishment and quality assurance by actual identifiable signature. All Aircraft Documents shall be the property of the Lessor. All Aircraft Documents shall be stored by Lessee during the Term at a secure facility, and Lessee shall notify Lessor in writing of the location of such facility. All Aircraft Documents will be at all times kept current and up to date in order to facilitate Lessor's ability to inspect periodically the Aircraft, monitor the maintenance of the Aircraft during the Term and to facilitate the sale or re-lease of the Aircraft to a third party at the end of the Term. The Lessee shall retain a revision service for all Airframe, Engine, Appliance and Part manufacturer's manuals and documentation, and the Aircraft Documents shall at all times contain the latest issued revisions and reflect the current configuration and status of the Airframe, Engines, Appliances, and Parts.
Aircraft Documents. Lessee shall return or cause to be returned to Lessor, at the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, all of the Aircraft Documents, updated and maintained by Lessee through the date of return of the Aircraft.
Aircraft Documents. At redelivery Lessee will deliver to Lessor and Owner all current and complete historical records required to be maintained relevant to the Aircraft, including documents, manuals, data, overhaul records, life limited part traceability to "zero time since new", log books, original delivery documents serviceable parts tags, FAA forms, modification records and inspection records, and including each of the Aircraft Documents and Records.
Aircraft Documents. Lessee shall return to Lessor, at the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, all of the Aircraft Documents, updated and maintained by Lessee through the date of return of the Aircraft. In the event of missing, incomplete, mutilated, or otherwise unacceptable Aircraft Documents, the Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, re-accomplish the tasks necessary to produce such Aircraft Documents in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.11.
Aircraft Documents. Lessee shall, at its expense, maintain and preserve, or cause to be maintained and preserved, in the English language, all Aircraft Documents in a complete, accurate, and up-to-date manner.

Aircraft Documents. At the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, Lessee shall deliver to Lessor all Aircraft Documents previously provided by Lessor to Lessee, updated and maintained through the Return Date in accordance with this Agreement and the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and the FAA (if not the applicable Aviation Authority), and in addition, all records, documents, manuals, drawings and data that were developed or caused to be developed by Lessee and/or required by the Aviation Authority and the FAA (if not the applicable Aviation Authority) (herein individually and collectively referred to as “Aircraft Return Documents”). All such Aircraft Return Documents shall be complete and accurate and in the English language. Any Aircraft Return Document not already owned by Lessor shall become the property of Lessor upon its delivery to Lessor.

Aircraft Documents. The Aircraft will be accompanied by the Aircraft Documents listed on Part 2 of Schedule 2. Lessor will also provide to Lessee all historical and current maintenance manuals, aircraft and engine technical records and data, and other aircraft documentation provided to the Lessor by the Previous Operator. Upon the request of Lessee, Lessor shall use reasonable efforts to obtain any required maintenance and technical records or documents not in its custody.
