The Xxxxx Unified School District computer system is intended for the exclusive use of its registered users who are responsible for their password and their accounts. Any problems which arise from the use of the account are the responsibility of the account holder. If the Student identified under Section I, above, violate(s) this Agreement and/or any other School District agreement, Board Policy, Administrative Regulation, and/or state or federal law through his/her/their use of the District-loaned Equipment, such Student(s) may be subject to discipline, pursuant to the School District’s disciplinary policies and procedures, and may also have additional restrictions placed on the use of District- loaned Equipment as the result of any violations.

Consequences for Violation. The use of the School District’s laptop, network and Internet access is a privilege, not a right. Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including the loss of privileges to use the school's information technology resources. School Administration and Staff do not have to prove that any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy was committed on a school device.
