ACCESS TO SCHOOL Clause Samples

The 'Access to School' clause defines the rights and conditions under which individuals or groups may enter and use school premises. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted access—such as students, staff, parents, or contractors—and may specify times, areas, or purposes for which access is granted, like attending classes, maintenance, or events. By clearly establishing these parameters, the clause helps maintain security, order, and proper use of school facilities, thereby protecting both the school community and property.
