Use of School. Facilities The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school facilities for official meetings providing there is no opening/closing cost to the District. The Association agrees to abide by the Board Building Use Policy in effect as of the beginning date of this contract and to assume all costs associated with the use. The Association shall have the right to use school equipment to assist in carrying out Association business. Such equipment shall include typewriters, computers, copy machines, FAX machines, telephones, and audiovisual equipment.

Use of School. Buildings In addition to lease and sale terms (required, above, as applicable), language may be included to address the usage of school buildings by including, among other local options, provisions such as the following: Whether students will be served in their local town schools, Under what conditions students may be served in other than their local town schools (i.e., emergencies, special education services), A procedure to close a school building within a member town, including the required votes of the RSC and the member town(s), as applicable, and A method to revert a closed school or building back to the member town. Use of School. Facilities by the Association The Association will have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times of the day or evening for its meetings and other business, provided that such use will not conflict with previously scheduled school events.   • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of School Equipment The association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, computers, telecommunications resources, copy machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audio/visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials, supplies and equipment incident to such use.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors.   • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost, at reasonable times for meetings, provided that the building principal is notified to ensure no conflicts. The Association will be required to pay for additional custodial costs involved. These meetings will not start until thirty (30) minutes after the close of the students' school day.
