Company Inspection. Company shall have the right, upon reasonable advance notice, during normal business hours and at its expense to inspect, review, monitor and oversee the Manufacturing Services, provided that such inspection shall not disrupt Jabil’s normal business operations. Company shall cause each of its employees, agents and representatives who have access to Jabil’s facilities, to maintain, preserve and protect all Proprietary Information and Technology of Jabil and the confidential or proprietary information and technology of Jabil’s other customers.
Company Inspection. Construction work will be subject to Company inspections to ensure that construction is done in accordance with the Standards. Company inspectors will be allowed access to the construction sites for inspections and to monitor construction work. The inspector shall have the authority to work with the appropriate construction supervisor to stop any work that does not meet the Standards. All equipment and materials used in Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities to be constructed by Seller and/or its Contractors shall meet the Standards.
Company Inspection. Company shall have the right, upon reasonable advance notice, during normal business hours and at its expense to inspect, review, monitor and oversee the Manufacturing Services, provided that such inspection shall not disrupt Jabil’s normal business operations. Company shall cause each of its employees, agents and representatives who have access to Jabil’s facilities, to maintain, preserve and protect all Proprietary Information and Technology of Jabil and the confidential or proprietary information and technology of Jabil’s other customers in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement. Company shall further have the right to bring Company’s customers to Jabil’s facility, upon reasonable advance notice and under the same obligations to Jabil surrounding protection of Jabil’s Proprietary Information and Technology and Jabil’s customers’ confidential or proprietary information and technology. Company’s employees have the right to obtain relevant artifacts (such as reports, process tracking charts, etc.) and take photographs and videos of Company related Products, Components, manufacturing processes, tests, fixtures, tools or items at any time during the inspection, subject to Jabil’s prior Portions of this Exhibit were omitted and have been filed separately with the Secretary of the Commission pursuant to the Company’s application requesting confidential treatment under Rule 24b-2 of the Exchange Act — [*] denotes omissions. review and approval of said photographs and videos.

In addition, upon prior written request by Company and the approval of Jabil (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), Company’s customers may inspect the Products and associated manufacturing processes at Jabil’s plants. Inspections shall be conducted upon reasonable advanced notice and at a reasonable time and during normal hours of operation.
Company Inspection. Company shall have the right, upon reasonable advance notice, during normal business hours and at its expense to inspect, review, monitor and oversee the Manufacturing Services and Jabil’s compliance with this Agreement, including review of security processes or procedures, provided that such inspection shall not disrupt Jabil’s normal business operations. Company shall cause each of its employees, agents and representatives who have access to Jabil’s facilities, to maintain, preserve and protect all Proprietary Information and Technology of Jabil and the confidential or proprietary information and technology of Jabil’s other customers in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Jabil agrees to permit inspection, review, monitoring and oversight by a third party agent of Company, as well as a third party regulatory or governmental agency for regulatory or import/export certification or clearance purposes, solely as it relates to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Company Inspection. The Company shall test and inspect the Equipment prior to issuing the Notice of Completion of the Equipment to ensure the Equipment complies with the requirements of the Agreement and applicable law.

Company Inspection. The Company shall permit Purchaser, at Purchaser’s expense, to visit and inspect the Company’s properties; examine its books of account and records; and discuss the Company’s affairs, finances, and accounts with its officers, during normal business hours as may be reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time with reasonable frequency and with reasonable advance notice to the Company; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated pursuant to this Section 1(b) to provide access to any information that it considers highly confidential or proprietary or a trade secret, for which there is a conflict of interest between the Company and Purchaser, or the disclosure of which would adversely affect the Company’s business or the attorney-client privilege between the Company and its counsel, in each case as reasonably determined by the Company in good faith.
Company Inspection. Company shall have the right at any time during normal business hours and at its expense to inspect, review, monitor, and oversee the Manufacturing Services, provided that such inspection shall not unreasonably disrupt Supplier’s normal business operations. Supplier shall have the right to take all necessary steps and impose all necessary restrictions on inspection to protect all Proprietary Information and Technology of Supplier and the confidential or proprietary information and technology of Supplier’s other customers. If the Parties are unable to agree necessary conditions and restrictions on such inspection, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 23. Before conducting such an inspection, Company shall cause each of its employees, agents, and representatives who have access to Supplier’s facilities, to agree in writing to maintain, preserve, and protect all Proprietary Information and Technology of Supplier and the confidential or proprietary information and technology of Supplier’s other customers.
Company Inspection. Within thirty(30) days after receipt of PRODUCTS in the premises of Fujitsu, Fujitsu shall inspect PRODUCTS. PRODUCTS will be presumed accepted upon shipment, unless Fujitsu shall reject in writing any such PRODUCT within such period for defects or return such PRODUCTS within the same time frame if they are not in conformance with the applicable specifications described in ANNEX 1 PRODUCTS. Any such defective PRODUCTS shall be subject to standard Return Materials Authorization ("RMA") procedures.
