Return Materials Authorization. All OEM Products returned by HP to ------------------------------ Foundry must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization ("RMA"). Unless further verification is reasonably required by Foundry, Foundry will supply an RMA within two work days of HP's request. HP may return the OEM Product without an RMA if Foundry fails to provide one.
Return Materials Authorization. All OEM Products returned by GEMS-IT to Supplier must be accompanied by a RMA. Unless further verification is reasonably required by Supplier, Supplier will supply an RMA within two work days after receiving GEMS-IT’s written request.

Return Materials Authorization. If a product or component is determined by a Laser Shot technician or representative as needing to be returned for repair or replacement, the case will be escalated to a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and Buyer will be given return shipping instructions.

To the extent reasonably practicable, replacement service by Anam or Amkor shall be made on an expedited, "courier", basis, to the extent practicable, not to exceed [*], from the date of return, at no additional expense to TI. Anam agrees to provide RMA as soon as reasonably possible, but not exceeding five (5) business days after return by TI.

Return Materials Authorization. Prior to returning any Part, Xxxxx must obtain Return Materials Authorization (RMA) documentation from Seller’s Customer Service Department. Thereafter, Buyer must ship the defective Part Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) (Incoterms 2020) to Seller’s facility set forth in the RMA, accompanied by a copy of such RMA documentation.
