Cobwebs. To get a complete list of what we check, look at your move in inspection sheet. Typically the cleaners that we use (may vary) charge $35-$45 per hour. If you choose to fill holes, do it properly so that it can't be seen. If we have to redo, then you will be charged. If you choose to touch up paint, do it properly with the correct color and sheen, painting with the wrong color will cause us to have to repaint and you will be charged. If not sure of the color, you should leave it to us to paint. Average (may very) cost to paint (this will vary based on unit size, number of colors, and amount of detail.
