Forwarding Address. Prior to vacating the PREMISES, RESIDENT must provide MANAGEMENT with written notice of the designated RESIDENT’S forwarding address. Within forty five (45) days, MANAGEMENT will forward to the designated RESIDENT a statement explaining the disposition of the security deposit by e-mail. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the statement will be sent to the e-mail address that was used at the time of application. A hard copy of the statement of deposit is available upon request. The designated RESIDENT will then distribute the prorated amount returned along with a copy of the Statement of Deposit Account (SODA) to other lessees. If RESIDENT fails to give notice of forwarding address, MANAGEMENT will send the security deposit statement to the last known address of the designated RESIDENT or GUARANTOR. In accordance with Section 55.1-1226 of the Code of Virginia, MANAGEMENT will retain the security deposit refund (if any) until RESIDENT notifies the office of the correct address. Upon receipt of notification, any refund due will be forwarded.
Forwarding Address. A written copy of residents forwarding address must be left with owner’s representative.

If RESIDENT fails to give notice of forwarding address, in accordance with Section 55-248.15:1 of the Code of Virginia, MANAGEMENT will retain the security deposit refund (if any) until RESIDENT notifies the office of the correct address. Upon receipt of notification, any refund due will be forwarded.
Forwarding Address. Tenant(s) must provide Landlord electronic notification, no later than 20 days prior to vacating the Premises, of the forwarding address of a designated Tenant so that Landlord can forward the Settlement Statement and security deposit amount, if any. If Tenant(s) fails to give notice of a forwarding address, Landlord will hold Settlement Statement and will retain the security deposit refund, if any, until Tenant(s) notifies Landlord of the appropriate address.
Forwarding Address. Resident must provide Landlord with written notice of a forwarding address for the return of the security deposit, if applicable. If Resident does not provide a forwarding address, Landlord will return the security deposit, if applicable, to the last known address of Resident.

Tenant shall provide Landlord written notice prior to vacating the Dwelling Unit of the forwarding address so that Landlord can forward to Tenant a statement explaining the disposition of the Security Deposit to the end of the 45-day period provided herein. If Tenant fails to give notice of a forwarding address, Landlord will send the Security Deposit statement to the last known address of Tenant, but will retain the Security Deposit refund, if any until Tenant notifies Landlord of the appropriate address.
Forwarding Address. Just before or immediately after the tenancy ends, you must give Get Living London your new address so that we can contact you after you have left the premises. You agree that Get Living London may give this forwarding address to the council tax authority and any suppliers of electricity, fuel, water, heating and hot water, telephone services, environmental services or other similar services at the premises you are responsible for.
Forwarding Address. Tenant must furnish CMHA with a forwarding address. The Security Deposit will be mailed to the address on file at the time of move-out. To dispute any move-out charges, the Tenant must file a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
Forwarding Address. If the Customer provides the Supplier with items to be stored the Customer is obliged to provide a forwarding address and notify the Supplier in writing if it changes. Where possible an email address is required.

Tenant(s) must provide Landlord or Broker written notice prior to vacating the Premises of the forwarding address so that Landlord or Broker can forward to Tenant(s) a statement explaining the disposition of the security deposit prior to the end of the 45-day period provided herein. If Xxxxxx(s) fail to give notice of a forwarding address, Landlord or Broker will send the security deposit statement to the last known address of Tenant(s), but will retain the security deposit refund, if any, until Tenant(s) notify Landlord or Broker of the appropriate address.
