Housing Unit Size (Gross Floor Area excluding decks) must not be less than: One-Bedroom Units: 525 square feet; One-Bedroom (with Den) Units: 580 square feet; Two-Bedroom Units: 750 square feet; Two-Bedroom (with Den): 800 square feet; and Three-Bedroom Units: 900 square feet.
