Casual Part time employee A casual part-time employee is a part-time employee that is called in to work on a irregular replacement or relief basis for twenty-four (24) hours or less per week. Replacement hours will be distributed first to regular part-time employees and then to casual part-time employees. A casual part-time employee will earn seniority as of date of hire.
