Properties Clause Samples

The 'Properties' clause defines the specific assets, items, or rights that are subject to the agreement. It typically lists or describes the properties involved, such as real estate, equipment, intellectual property, or other tangible or intangible assets, and may include identifying details like addresses, serial numbers, or legal descriptions. By clearly specifying what is included or excluded, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the subject matter, reducing the risk of disputes over what is covered by the contract.
