Service Provider Staff definition

Service Provider Staff means all persons ( other than Temporary Workers) employed by the Service Provider together with the Service Provider's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, agents, suppliers and consultants) used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;
Service Provider Staff means the supervisor, case managers, and clerical staff (as the terms are defined in the Service Specifications), employees, agents and sub-contractors deployed by the Service Provider for carrying out the Services.
Service Provider Staff means the persons trained and employed by RMF.

  • This obligation shall continue for two years following the expiry or termination of this Contract.11(e) The Council may terminate this Contract by written notice with immediate effect, and recover from the Service Provider the amount of any loss directly resulting from the cancellation, if the Service Provider or Service Provider Staff (in all cases whether or not acting with the Service Provider’s knowledge) breaches clause 11(a).

  • The Government shall be entitled to require by seven (7) days’ written notice, the Service Provider to replace any Service Provider Staff whom the Government, in its reasonable opinion, finds unsuitable, on grounds including dishonesty, sub-standard performance, mental or physical incapacity, unbecoming behaviour, suspected commission of crime or other misconduct.

  • STAFF POSITION DESCRIPTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Service Provider Staff Descriptions and Qualifications Requirements: A.

  • Any unauthorised disclosure or misuse of any Protected Information by any of the Service Provider Staff shall be deemed to be the default of the Service Provider.

  • To the extent any Intellectual Property Rights subsist in any of them, they shall remain vested in the Government or the rightful owners (to the exclusion of the Service Provider and the Service Provider Staff).

  • The Service Provider and the Service Provider Staff shall not make copy or remove any Protected Information from the Centre in whatever form or by whichever media, regardless whether such media is owned by the Government or not, without the prior consent of the Government Representative.

  • All materials, plans, photos, designs, publications, materials, reports and any other document or thing of whatsoever nature (tangible or intangible and represented or recorded or stored in whatever medium) prepared, produced or created by or for or on behalf of the Service Provider and Service Provider Staff for or in connection with this Contract shall be the property of the Government (collectively “Deliverables”).


More Definitions of Service Provider Staff

Service Provider Staff means: (1) the Service Provider Personnel, and employees of Exult Canada Affiliates, and those employees of Service Provider Subcontractors who provide the Services, and (2) independent contractors of Service Provider, Exult Canada Affiliates and Service Provider Subcontractors that have access to Confidential Information of Client Group and/or Client Premises.
Service Provider Staff means the supervisor, case managers, and clerical staff (as the terms are defined in the Service Specifications), employees, agents and sub-contractors deployed by the Service Provider for carrying out the Services.“Services”means case management and employment support services to be provided and performed by the Service Provider in accordance with the Service Specifications, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract and all other duties and obligations ancillary and incidental thereto.“Technical Proposal”means the Technical Proposal to be submitted by a Tenderer in the form of Appendix B to the Terms of Tender.“Technical Schedule”means the Technical Proposal submitted by the successful Tenderer subject to such modifications as may be agreed by the Government and contained in Schedule A to the Conditions of Contract.“Temporary Financial Aid” or “TFA”means Temporary Financial Aid administered by the Service Provider as specified in paragraphs 16 to 17 of the Service Specifications.“Tender”means a Tender submitted by a Tenderer in response to this Invitation to Tender.“Tenderer”means any person who has submitted a Tender in response to this Invitation to Tender.“Tender Closing Date”means 12:00 noon on 11 September 2014 (Hong Kong time) and as the same may be extended in accordance with the Terms of Tender.“Tender Documents”means the Tender documents as specified in Clause 1 of the Terms of Tender.“Total Service Fee”means the Total Service Fee set out in the Price Proposal submitted by the successful Tenderer.
Service Provider Staff means all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Service Provider and of any sub-contractors who are engaged inthe provision of the Services from time to time.

Related to Service Provider Staff

  • Service Provider means an Employee, Director or Consultant.

  • Network Service Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission, as a provider of network service to PacifiCorp under the Tariff.

  • Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Providers has the meaning set out in Section 9(e).
