— Bulletin Boards and File Cabinets. The District agrees to allow the Union use of suitable space for a Union bulletin board in each District fire station. The Union shall limit its posting of notices and bulletins to such bulletin boards and any items posted on the bulletin board shall not be political, partisan or defamatory in nature and shall not be critical of the District or its management. All postings shall be dated and initialed by the person posting it. Any offensive information on the bulletin board may be removed by the Fire Chief with notification to any member of the Union’s Executive Board. The District agrees to allow the Union space within Station Three for a Union file cabinet located in an area accessible to the Union officers and an office shared with the Wauconda Fire Officers Association that does not interfere with the operations of the District.

— Bulletin Boards and File Cabinets. ‌ The City agrees to furnish the Union with a bulletin board for its exclusive use at each Fire Station and in the Fire Administration Building. Each board shall be sufficient in size to accommodate four 8 1/2 by 11 inch sheets of paper. The only material posted on said bulletin board shall be notices regarding time and place of Union functions. All notices will be approved by the District Chief in advance of posting; however, approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The location of 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xx. shall be made available to the Union for file storage through placement of locked file cabinets and such other furniture as is approved by the Department. The allowance by the Department for the use of such space in no way modifies any existing legal or contractual restrictions on Union activity while on duty. It is agreed that this space is for storage only and not for meetings or consultations. While it is acknowledged that this property belongs to the City, the City agrees not to search or inspect the facility except upon reasonable suspicion of violation of law, City rules and regulations, or this labor agreement. It is agreed that this space shall be available to the Union free of charge, but that there is no guarantee that it shall continue for any definite period of time. Rather, if at any point the City wishes to have the premises vacated or to utilize the space being made available to the Union under this agreement, the City shall be obligated only to provide one week's notice of its intent to reclaim the space so as to permit the Union to move any materials stored at the location. In the event this space is no longer available, the Union shall be permitted to keep two small file cabinets at each station, unmarked except for drawer content labels. These file cabinets will be kept in an out-of-the-way place as designated by the City and will not interfere with the operations of the Fire Department.

In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Material posted on the bulletin board will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as union literature. If requested, the Employer will identify area(s) where Union provided newsstand(s) can be located. Union provided newsstand(s) must meet the Employer’s campus standards. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:

  • Bulletin Board Space The City shall provide reasonable space on bulletin boards for official Union notices of a non-controversial nature at each central work area.

  • Union Bulletin Board ‌ The Employer will provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the site to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

  • Quotation The Company will use its best efforts to include, subject to notice of issuance, the Common Shares on the Nasdaq National Market.
