Stock Exchange Listing definition

Stock Exchange Listing means the Danish State's sale, transfer or assignment of any or all of the Notes or any other exit in connection with admittance of all or part of the Notes for trading on a regulated market or another market in the European Union, the European Economic Area or in an OECD member country.
Stock Exchange Listing means the listing of the Units (or the securities of another entity that acquires all or substantially all of the assets of the Partnership) for trading on a Designated Stock Exchange.
