Bulk Orders. We recognize that there may be special situations in which you or your customers may need to order more than 50 of the same item. This could be for either charity or other events – and we are more than happy to help make this happen. For bulk orders, please reach out to Stylist Relations for approval. The Stylist Relations team will review each request on a case-by-case basis and make a decision contingent on inventory and the product requested. Approval also ensures your account can be cleared should it be flagged for ‘Inventory Loading’. Your bulk purchase may not qualify for existing contest or promotions during that time, such as Glam Getaway and other incentives. We do not offer discounts, waive shipping costs or accept returns on ‘Bulk Orders’. Please make sure to communicate this with your customers prior to completing their order. If you would like, you may offer your customer a discount or promotion on a ‘Bulk Order’ from your personal commissions. This is an agreement between you and your customer and we are not responsible for such agreements. To ensure that all Business Owners have equal opportunity to sample new products, ‘Bulk Orders’ for newly released products within 30 days of product release may not be approved.

Any approved bulk orders may not be applied towards a Sales Event.  Stella & Dot: a bulk order is considered to be an order of fifty (50) or more of the same item.  KEEP Collective: a bulk order is considered to be an order of fifteen (15) or more of the same item. Bulk Orders. A bulk order is considered to be an order of eleven (11) or more of one (1) SKU. If a customer is requesting eleven (11) or more of an individual item, please send a request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with the below information: (a) Customer Name (b) Item name and SKU (c) Quantity (d) Anticipated order placement date (i) Include at least three (3) different one-hour time frames in which your customer or you will be available to place the order. (Ex. between 10:00-11:00 am PST, 1:00-2:00 pm PST and 4:00-5:00 pm PST)

Bulk Orders. 3.1 This clause 3 shall apply if the Order is intended to comprise multiple deliveries with quantities to be specified by the Customer from time to time. 3.2 If requested by the Supplier at any time, the Customer shall provide, within 7 days, a forecast of its likely orders for Goods or Services for the next three months or such other period as is specified by the Supplier provided that such forecasts shall not operate as Orders and: 3.2.1 the Customer shall not be bound to purchase Goods or Services equal to the forecasts; 3.2.2 the Supplier shall not be bound to ensure that it can supply Goods or Services equal to the forecasts.

Bulk Orders. Any provision in Section 5.1 of this Article 5 to the ----------- ----------- --------- contrary notwithstanding, CONTRACTOR may release bulk orders for such materials as pipe, ordinary valves and fittings, reinforcing steel, electrical wire, conduit and fittings, brick, and the like without COMPANY'S prior approval of the drawings and data sheets applying to said materials, provided COMPANY -------- shall have approved such bulk orders and their release in writing prior to the release and said materials are ordered in accordance with applicable specifications approved by COMPANY.

Bulk Orders. The Supplier shall operate a process for Prisons to be able to place Bulk Orders which enables the purchasing of Products by Prisons in larger quantities for prisoners to purchase. These are supplied directly by the Supplier to the requesting Prison to an agreed schedule or in alignment with the relevant MOU. The Authority or third-party shall take ownership of such stock upon delivery depending on the site. The process shall be established as part of the Workshop Readiness Checklist. The Supplier shall ensure they have the capacity and ability to deliver Bulk Orders to every Prison in accordance with the Delivery Schedule set out in the Delivery and Workshop Data (DWIP 101). Bulk Orders (Bulk Goods Delivery) will be the primary provision provided to additional users of the Prison Retail Contract as detailed in Annex A and any other provision will be exceptional and require approval by the Authority. Bulk Orders (Bulk Goods Delivery) to additional users will be governed by the Bulk Goods Delivery MOU template agreed by the Supplier and identified Additional User. All Bulk Goods Delivery MOU’s will be held by the authority.

Bulk Orders. S3.3.1. Where a Customer creates an order which falls within ▇▇▇▇’s Bulk Order Policy, such order may be treated as a Bulk Order and may take Hofy longer to fulfil than 10 Working Days. ▇▇▇▇ shall notify the Customer of the estimated delivery window for Bulk Orders before accepting the Bulk Order and the Customer may decide whether or not to proceed with the Bulk Order.
