Minimum Orders. Client may order Manufacturing Services for batches of Products only in multiples of the Minimum Order Quantities as set out in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.
Minimum Orders. The awarded vendors shall not be required to deliver any product in less than manufacturer’s case sizes.

In the event the order value does not meet any required minimum net Deliverable value of $250.00, Company may, at its sole discretion, (i) apply a minimum order charge; (ii) reject the order, or (iii) waive the requirement, provided that the waiver of a requirement for one order shall not constitute a waiver of the requirement for any future orders.

Subject to clause 4.2 or otherwise agreed by Ingredion, all orders placed by Buyer must be in accordance with minimum pack quantities or multiples of those quantities as notified by Ingredion from time to time. Xxxxxxx shall not be required to accept Firm Orders during any Quarter which, in the aggregate, specify a quantity of Products greater than the One Hundred Twenty percent (120%) of the quantity forecasted for such Quarter in the most recent Annual Forecast. Yearly minimum purchases are defined in Schedule C.
