Work Order(s) definition

Work Order(s) means the relevant work order issued by BSNL to the contractor as per the terms of the agreement.
Work Order(s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to the Agreement from time to time.

More Definitions of Work Order(s)

Work Order(s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time; and
Work Order(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Work Order(s). When the need arises for pre-qualified Pool members with specific experience, members will participate in a Work Order process. The County will prepare a scope of work and provide the Pool members with information regarding the selection process and response requirements, potentially to include written proposals and/or oral presentations. Recommendations for Work Order awards will be competitive, generally based on quality and/or price. The County may negotiate each Work Order award or may award a Work Order on the basis of initial offers received. If specific certification is required for a particular project it must be requested when the Work Order process is initiated and reviewed to ensure validity.
Work Order(s) means the programming specifications required by Hostopia and agreed to in writing by Hostopia and GFL. Upon receiving the signature of the parties hereto, each Work Order shall be incorporated into this Agreement. Any failure to meet the specifications or timelines of any Work Order shall be considered a breach of this Agreement and Hostopia shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 9.
