This item requires the accomplishment of known/planned Maintenance comprised of compartment cleaning. Work shall be executed inside and outside the port of San Diego, CA/CONUS only as specified on the delivery order. The Government may require the Contractor to execute unscheduled/unplanned PM to be accomplished during CNO Availabilities, CMAVs, PMAVs, or Unscheduled CMAVs to support inspection preparation as specified on the delivery order. • The Contractor shall be responsible for purchasing, monitoring, receiving, inspecting, segregating, issuing, determining nonconformance, and disposing of material based on NAVSEA S6480-A4-CAT-010. • PM work items shall be accomplished during Planned Maintenance Availabilities (PMAVs) but PM may also be accomplished during CM or EM work, as the Government directs. • The Contractor shall conduct Planned/Preventative maintenance on battle spares when directed by the Government. • The Contractor shall accomplish Planned Maintenance in accordance with (IAW) COMUSFLTFORCOMINST 4790.3 (series) Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM). • The Contractor shall be able to support Planned Maintenance Availabilities (PMAVs) are defined as monthly availabilities for performance of planned maintenance type work. The PMAV duration will be, notionally, five days. • Contractor shall maintain PMS Surveillance Log (PSL) – It is the record of the status of all of the PMS surveillance checks conducted by Quality Assurance (QA) and includes the Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) that validated the requirements were met. • The Contractor shall provide Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC) requirements for the PM checks and the principal activity of the QA Inspector is to verify that the requirements of the MRC have been ...

Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Each Unit of Add- Ons must match the Support Level (Standard and/or Premium), Unit of Measure and capacity as the underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux Unit. Add-Ons are not supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscriptions with a Self-support service level except Smart Management Add-Ons. The Add-Ons include: High Availability, Load Balancer, Resilient Storage, Scalable File System, Smart Management, Extended Update Support, Extended Life Cycle Support and High Performance Network.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite provides an open source development environment that consists of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with built-in development tools, certain Red Hat Enterprise Linux Add-Ons, Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Real Time, Smart Management and access to Software Maintenance, but no Development or Production Support. If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription. Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.

  • Reverse ADSL Loops If a CLEC’s ADSL Transmission Unit (including those integrated into DSLAMs) is attached to Sprint’s Network and if an ADSL Copper Loop should start at an outside location, and is looped through a host or remote, and then to the subscriber, the copper plant from the outside location to the Sprint host or remote central office must be a facility dedicated to ADSL transmission only and not part of Sprint’s regular feeder or distribution plant.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Global Connection to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Global Connection’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.
