Preventive Maintenance. The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.
Preventive Maintenance. JEOL agrees to provide up to one preventive maintenance (PM) visit per year, said visit shall include work JEOL deems necessary to assure long-term performance and reliability. Malfunctioning systems will receive corrective service at this time. Replacement of components/parts are at JEOL’s discretion.
Preventive Maintenance. Manager shall establish, and administer, a preventive maintenance plan for the Property (subject to Owner approval), and shall review such plan on an annual basis and make any necessary adjustments to such plan in Manager’s reasonable opinion.

Preventive Maintenance. Any Preventive Maintenance (“PM”) will be performed according to manufacturer’s recommended schedule. PM generally includes checking mechanical and electrical safety, lubrication, functional testing, and adjusting Equipment to Specifications.
Preventive Maintenance. All software shall undergo regular maintenance works with a view to undertaking corrective preventive maintenance actions. The frequency and content of such preventive maintenance activities shall be proposed by the Supplier and approved by the Bank within ten (10) days of the signing of this contract.
