Work Authorization Form means the form Symantec provides to Customer pursuant to which Customer authorizes and acknowledges the location, contact information, T&E, Readiness Service(s), and/or Service Day(s) for Incident Investigation(s).

Work Authorization Form means the process and instrument used by the AOC to request and accept pricing and service proposals from the vendor as specified in Exhibit C, Work Authorization Process and Payment Provisions and Exhibit E, Work Authorization Form. Manner of Performance of Work Contractor shall provide, and shall act to ensure that its Subcontractors shall provide that all Work specified in these Contract documents is performed to the State's satisfaction, in compliance with the standards specified in Exhibit D, Work to be Performed, and in compliance with the Nondiscrimination/No Harassment Clause, as set forth in this Exhibit B. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the State, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the Services provided hereunder. Contractor warrants that the Services will be performed on time and according to the applicable schedule.

Related to Work Authorization Form

  • Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.

  • Work Authorization or "WA" means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.
