Maintenance Requirements definition
Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;
Maintenance Requirements means the requirements as set out Schedule-III of this Concession Agreement.
Maintenance Requirements means, with respect to any Aircraft, Engine or APU, all compliance requirements set forth in or under (i) all mandatory service bulletins issued, supplied, or available by or through the manufacturer thereof, (ii) all applicable airworthiness directives issued by the Aviation Authority with respect thereto and (iii) the Aviation Authority approved maintenance program with respect thereto.

The Director in their discretion, after consultation with the Operator, may make reasonable modifications to the Maintenance Requirements that must be incorporated in the Maintenance Plan that are in furtherance of the purposes of this Agreement and are not inconsistent with the terms of the main body of this Agreement.
The minimum Maintenance Requirements are set forth in Exhibit 4, which must be adhered to by the Operator and incorporated by the Operator into a written Maintenance Plan.

Maintenance Requirements means the maintenance requirements set forth under Article 15 and Schedule F of the Concession Agreement and the requirements set forth under this Agreement
