Licensor reserves the right to modify the Licensed Content in its reasonable discretion. Licensor shall notify Licensee of any such modifications. Licensor is not liable for delays or failures of delivery beyond its reasonable control. Licensor's sole responsibility for any such delay or failure is to deliver or re-deliver the relevant Licensed Content as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery of Content. During the Term (defined in Section 7.1, below), Planet will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide or make the Content available to Licensee via the Platform or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties in the Order Schedule. Content will be deemed delivered when it is first made available for access via the Platform, or when actually delivered if no Platform access is granted.
Delivery of Content. You agree that your use of User Supplied Content in connection with the Service shall be in accordance with the User Supplied Content Policy. Printfection may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, determine whether any User Supplied Content complies with such policy and is appropriate for use with the Service. Printfection, may in its sole discretion determine that the User Supplied Content does not satisfy the User Supplied Content Policy, and refuse to allow you to use User Supplied Content in connection with the Service.

Infoseek shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove, or direct Content Partner to remove any Content Partner Content, which Infoseek, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be offensive, in poor taste, or otherwise objectionable.
Delivery of Content. SPINS will provide Platform access credentials to NHN for a fee determined by SPINS. NHN will and will direct its employees to keep all access credentials strictly confidential. An employee will not share access credentials with another employee. NHN is responsible for all access (authorized and unauthorized) to the Platform using the access credentials provided by SPINS to NHN, except to the extent such access is due to SPINS’ negligence.
Delivery of Content. Upon execution of this Agreement, Falcon is to deliver to Licensee its digitally remastered program content ("Content") on a mutually agreeable schedule. Licensee commits to accept a minimum of 100 hours of Content annually from Falcon, so long as the Content delivered meets Licensee's reasonable requirements for suitability and quality. Licensee agrees that in the future, its standards of suitability and quality will be substantially the same as, and consistent with, its standards as exercised through the date hereof with respect to Content heretofore delivered to and accepted by Genius. Licensee reserves the right to determine the suitability and quality of Content received from Falcon prior to acceptance, with such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld and the determination of suitability and quality to be made in good faith and on a consistent basis throughout the Term.
Delivery of Content. At Provider's sole discretion, Provider will provide Content to InfoSpace. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Content will be delivered on a daily basis using either e-mail or FTP transfer methodologies. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all time sensitive Content (i.e. market sensitive information) shall be provided to InfoSpace by Provider within such time period sufficient to allow the Content maintained on the InfoSpace Web Sites to mirror to a reasonable degree the Content maintained on Provider's Internet web site and any other third party web site to whom Provider may provide all or any portion of such Content. Each Content transfer shall be accompanied by the applicable Identifying Data. InfoSpace shall upload to the InfoSpace Web Sites any Content transferred to InfoSpace pursuant to this Section 2.2 on schedules set forth in, and otherwise in accordance with, its standard uploading policies in effect from time to time.
