Bandwidth Usage. Avancie may impose reasonable limitations on bandwidth usage for the Services. Avancie may, at any time and without prior notice,immediately disable Customer’s use of the Services or throttle bandwidth for Customer’s use of the Services if Customer’s bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage of other customers (as determined solely by Avancie), until Customer can reduce its bandwidth usage to a level acceptable to Avancie.
Bandwidth Usage. You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.
Bandwidth Usage. You acknowledge and agree that for each 1000 unique daily visitors to your website you must purchase one user seat or disable visitor tracking functionality provided by LiveHelpNow software. LiveHelpNow agrees to deliver to you all of your data related to your use of the Services on a monthly basis in an electronic file in a format to be determined between you and LiveHelpNow. Once such file has been delivered to you, LiveHelpNow shall retain data only in accordance with its own data and document retention policies, and shall have no further responsibility to retain or maintain your data on your behalf unless specified otherwise in this Agreement or required by applicable law, rule or regulation.
Bandwidth Usage. All services are provided with generous bandwidth limits or no bandwidth limit as per the plans selected. Customers are requested to use these wisely. We reserve the right to review / amend / downgrade / upgrade / modify this allocation any time if we feel that this is affecting the server / network performance. Any customer reaching their bandwidth usage limit will have to contact the support team via ticketing system to have it increased. Do note that the customer will have to pay an extra cost to increase their bandwidth usage limit as per the plan selected. Customer support team will give you the specific details of these charges upon request.
Bandwidth Usage. Client agrees that bandwidth usage that exceeds the given rate on a monthly basis will pay an "overage" at the price of $1 per Gigabyte of data transferred. CeraNet will monitor Client’s bandwidth via RTG using Cisco Netflow or other protocols. CeraNet shall have the right to take corrective action if a Clients bandwidth is excessive and/or interrupts service for other Clients. Such corrective action may include the assessment of additional charges, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, which actions may be taken is in CeraNet's sole and absolute discretion. Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action.
Bandwidth Usage. Shared servers are not limited in their bandwidth allowance. Unlimited bandwidth usage is not available for resellers, dedicated or VPS servers, which are subject to the terms of the plan you purchased and can be viewed in your control panel.

Data transfer usage for dedicated servers is calculated using 95th percentile, also known as burstable billing, in order to assist clients from heavy overage penalties should they experience unanticipated spikes in traffic.
