Residential Portal definition

Residential Portal means, the residential customer portal created and operated by Synacor as more fully described in Section 2(a) of this Schedule A below.

Examples of Residential Portal in a sentence

  • Throughout the Term (except during the Wind-Down Period), Client will set the Residential Portal as the home page during Client’s residential high speed Internet modem installation process.

  • For purposes herein, a “Subscription Account” is defined as an account that allows a User of a Residential Portal access to the identified Premium Products, Client Sourced Content for which Client requires authentication, and/or Synacor Sourced Content from the Residential Portal or other location as may be agreed to by the parties.

  • During the Term and any Wind Down Period, each Employee User will have access to (a) the Residential Portal (excluding any Premium Products), (b) the E-mail Service for up to five (5) Users, and (c) the Internet Security services set forth in Schedule D.

  • Client will offer the Internet Security Premium Product to its Residential Portal Users throughout the Term [*].

  • Until the parties agree upon the method and timeline for the Residential Portal Consolidation, Synacor shall provide both such portals under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Synacor shall, [*] deposit the Synacor-owned software, in source code form, that underlies the Residential Portal created for Qwest under the Original Agreement and related documentation (the “Escrow Materials”) in an escrow account with an escrow company pursuant to an industry standard escrow agreement.

  • Related premium content has been bundled into packages as described below (the “Premium Products”) and is hereby made available to Client for placement on the Residential Portal.

Related to Residential Portal

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Residential means that the Premises where the Service is installed are used wholly:

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential Project means a redevelopment project that is

  • Residential purposes means use for dwelling or recreational purposes, or both.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation resource shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is primarily a retail end- user of electricity that owns generation may qualify as a Generation Owner if: (1) the generation resource is the subject of a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM; (2) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average PJM capacity obligation of the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; and (3) the average energy produced by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average energy consumed by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the same time period. Generation Resource Maximum Output:

  • Residential property means improved property that:-
