AVAILABLITY. If a property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to circumstances outside of Agent/Brokers control or prior knowledge due to: Termination from rental program, major mechanical failure, or loss of utility (Electricity, Gas, Water), Agent/Broker will provide Renter(s) a full refund without penalties. Any credit issued will be for the original amount collected.
AVAILABLITY. If Customer’s production instances of the Subscription Service fall below the Availability SLA of ninety-nine and eight-tenths percent (99.8%) during a calendar month, Customer’s exclusive remedy for failure of the Subscription Service to meet the Availability SLAs is either: (1) to request that the affected Subscription Term be extended for the number of minutes the Subscription Service was not Available in the month in accordance with the Availability SLA; or (2) to request that CDIMS issue a service credit to Customer for the dollar value of the number of minutes the Subscription Service was not Available in the month in accordance with the Availability SLA (determined at the deemed per minute rate CDIMS charges to Customer for Customer’s use of the affected Subscription Service), which Customer may request CDIMS apply to the next invoice for subscription fees.
AVAILABLITY. The Assessor shall maintain telephone service to receive calls from the Municipality or property owners five days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays and Assessor time off. Internet and voicemail communication are available twenty-four hours per day. The Assessor shall timely respond to all telephone inquiries within four business days or sooner. The Assessor shall copy the municipal clerk on those issues that have been raised to the clerk or board and subsequently passed on to the Assessor. Assessor shall be available to attend Village meetings at the request of the Municipality for up to four (4) hours annually not including annual assessment required meetings. Any additional meetings the Assessor shall be asked to attend beyond four (4) hours shall be compensated at the customary rates charged by the Assessor. The Municipality and the Assessor shall discuss the cost prior to attendance.
AVAILABLITY. An employee authorized to telework must be reachable during scheduled work hours. Employees shall provide a telephone number for the agreed alternate work location where they can be reached during scheduled work hours. Employees found to be unavailable for prolonged periods of time may be deemed Absent Without Leave (AWOL) and subject to discipline.
AVAILABLITY. Generally the kitchen is available 7 days a week, 24 hours/day. It is available for one-time use or repeated regularly scheduled uses. The building will be opened by the Kitchen Manager at the agreed on time, after the Responsible Party arrives at the building and calls the Kitchen Manager. If the Responsible Party or another representative will be late, it is the responsibility of that group/individual to notify the Kitchen Manager ahead of time. When the use of the kitchen is over, the Kitchen Manager will be notified by phone. The Responsible Party or another representative must remain in the building until the Kitchen Manager arrives, to check the condition of the kitchen, check-in items used and to close up.   • Lost Keys, Lock Outs The Resident will be responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys (e.g., room key, mailbox key, etc.) at a cost determined by the Manager, to a maximum of $20.00 per key. If the Resident is locked out of the Resident’s Room, the Resident will pay a fee for letting the Resident into the Room, to a maximum of $5.00, or will be provided with a temporary key to be returned immediately after use. Failure to return a temporary card in the time allotted will result in a replacement fee to a maximum of $20.00.
