Responsible Party definition

Responsible Party means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing personal information, as defined in POPI.
Responsible Party means the company, firm or establishment which is listed on the product's label. If the label lists two companies, firms or establishments, the responsible party is the party which the product was “manufactured for” or “distributed by,” as noted on the label.
Responsible Party has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
