One (1) week's additional paid leave accrues for each year of employment the Practitioner is required to oe On Call by the Hospital (prorated). Any annual leave accrued by the Practitioner by virtue of continuous service with the Hospital as at the commencement date of this Agreement shall be credited to the Practitioner and accrued by the Practitioner pursuant to the Hospital's policy.
