Additional Public Holiday. In addition to the public holidays prescribed above, an employee is entitled to one other day prescribed by the relevant state or territory.
Additional Public Holiday. (a) Where, in accordance with subclause 23.6, less than a full day is proclaimed and observed as a public holiday, within the calendar year and within the area in which Xxxxxxxxxx is situated, a full day will be observed as a public holiday between Christmas and New Year, within the days Monday to Friday inclusive and not coinciding with a date that is already a gazetted public holiday for that calendar year.
Additional Public Holiday. Where a Public Holiday is declared or prescribed to apply throughout Queensland on a day other than those referred to above then that day shall constitute an additional Public Holiday.
Additional Public Holiday. In addition to the days listed in clause 18.1 an additional public holiday will be taken each year at a date discussed with the employees and considered by the Company to be suitable to the business.
Additional Public Holiday. In addition to those public holidays prescribed in this clause employees are entitled to an extra public holiday each year. The additional Public Holiday can be taken on a day that is mutually acceptable to the employee and the employer. This subclause shall apply in substitution for any local public holiday or half public holiday proclaimed in the local government area.
Additional Public Holiday. An additional public holiday (Picnic Day) will be observed between the parties, to be held on a day mutual agreed to between the Company and the majority of employees or an individual employee.

Additional Public Holiday. This clause seeks to override clause 20.2 in the Parent Award. All employees under this Agreement are entitled to an additional public holiday on the first Monday of December each year. The remaining Parent Award conditions applying to general public holidays shall also apply to the additional public holiday.
Additional Public Holiday. In addition to the public holidays set out in Part 3 of this Collective Agreement, there shall be an additional holiday for employees covered by this Agreement. This holiday shall occur on the same day as any additional holiday that applies to the majority of the employees at the site concerned, or - where no such designated day exists - at a date mutually agreed by the parties at that site.
Additional Public Holiday. (Union Picnic Day) Each permanent employee will be entitled to an additional public holiday off during the year. Such a day to be chosen at a time to suit both the employee and the Company. Subject to production scheduling and by agreement between the Company and employees, the Additional Public Holiday may be held on a day for all Production, Warehouse and Sanitation Employees.
