  • Such refinancings shall be made by the Lenders in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares and shall thereafter be reflected as Advances of the Lenders on the books and records of the Administrative Agent.

Pro Rata means the proportion that an Allowed Claim or an Allowed Interest in a particular Class bears to the aggregate amount of Allowed Claims or Allowed Interests in that Class.
