Counsellor. An employee who is qualified to provide one or more of psychological assessment, psychoeducational assessment, career or personal counselling. The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree, or equivalent.

Counsellors provide counselling services to faculty for teaching related student issues. Duties and responsibilities may also include development and delivery of workshops and other activities of a developmental nature.
