Agreement Standards. The agreement partners recognize the joint review and approval role of FHWA-MO and FTA Region VII, and MoDOT planning staff connected with the STIP and amendments, TIP and amendments, UPWP and amendments, and air-quality conformity determination for designated air-quality non-attainment and maintenance areas. It is also understood that FHWA-MO and FTA Region VII will provide a joint, review-only function in connection with the LRTPs and review and approval actions on the state and metropolitan area planning processes from Certification Reviews. The following standards apply to each element of this agreement. The partners agree to concentrate efforts in improving joint work efforts by adhering to the following procedures:  We will implement activities covered by the agreement in a mutually supportive manner between MoDOT, FHWA-MO, and FTA Region VII offices.  We will strive to ensure adherence to required planning processes and product timeframes.  We will respect each other by valuing the opinions of others and maintaining an open mind to suggestions.  We will communicate with each other directly by telephone and email, and in meetings.  We will make decisions by following a thorough discussion of the issue using appropriate communication methods. To the extent possible, decisions should be made within a two-week period following discussions.  We will actively participate in scheduled meetings, add value to the discussion, and refrain from personal agendas and follow strict planning requirements. We will promote quality planning process and product development practices and make current best practices part of our method of conducting business.  We will strive to implement a ONE DOT review and approval process that includes participation on a value-added basis, without causing delay in meeting Federal, state and local project approval and implementation schedule goals.  We will recognize the timeliness and quality of our cooperative effort to deliver planning work product reviews, planning work product approvals, and planning process reviews as reliable and measurable performance output indicators.  We will recognize enhanced planning program delivery processes and enhanced quality of planning program work products as value adding, reliable and measurable performance outcome indicators.  We agree it is generally best practice for the ONE DOT agencies to share and coordinate planning product review comments in order to send one set of ONE DOT comme...
Agreement Standards. Any concession contract, including a contract renewal or modification, issued by the non-Federal managing partner must meet the requirements of these Concessions Management Directives and Standards.

  • EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS There are no material complaints against the Corporation or the Subsidiaries before any employment standards branch or tribunal or human rights tribunal, nor any complaints or any occurrence which would reasonably be expected to lead to a complaint under any human rights legislation or employment standards legislation that would be material to the Corporation. There are no outstanding decisions or settlements or pending settlements under applicable employment standards legislation which place any material obligation upon the Corporation or the Subsidiaries to do or refrain from doing any act. The Corporation and Subsidiaries are currently in material compliance with all workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety and similar legislation, including payment in full of all amounts owing thereunder, and there are no pending claims or outstanding orders of a material nature against either of them under applicable workers’ compensation legislation, occupational health and safety or similar legislation nor has any event occurred which may give rise to any such material claim.

  • Employment Standards Act Where the provisions of the Employment Standards Act exceed those within this agreement such provisions shall apply.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Financial Management Standards The financial management systems of Grantee must meet the following standards:

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • ROAD GRADE AND ALIGNMENT STANDARDS Purchaser shall follow these standards for road grade and alignment except as designed:  Grade and alignment must have smooth continuity, without abrupt changes in direction.  Maximum grades may not exceed 18 percent favorable and 12 percent adverse.  Minimum curve radius is 60 feet at centerline.  Maximum grade change for sag vertical curves is 5% in 100 feet.  Maximum grade change for crest vertical curves is 4% in 100 feet.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
