Product Reviews. Distributor may allow Customers to post reviews of the Product, provided that Distributor will remove any Product review that OxySure reasonably believes is false, misleading, or not supported by verifiable evidence.
Product Reviews. From time to time during the Term, IKON shall seek to permit GE and VFS Macon personnel to attend product reviews of IKON’s Equipment suppliers, including new product introductions, schedules for anticipated product introductions and updates thereof, anticipated pricing changes, projected monthly unit sales by model grouping and new marketing programs.

Product Reviews. From time to time in its sole discretion Company may permit customers and other third parties to independently review the products you offer for sale on the Sites. Any review submitted by a customer or other third party may or may not be posted on the Sites, or may be removed from the Sites, in the sole discretion of Company. You will not have access to change, edit, revise, post or remove any such reviews. Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to review the content of any reviews submitted by a customer or other third party before or after such review is posted on the Sites. Company is not responsible or liable for, and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability or content contained in any such reviews.
Product Reviews. From time to time during the Term, Navistar shall, and shall cause the Navistar Companies to, permit the GE Relationship Manager and GE Capital personnel that primarily support the Program (and, at the discretion of the Navistar Relationship Manager, other employees of GE Capital) to attend product reviews of the Navistar Companies’ Equipment suppliers, including new product introductions, schedules for anticipated product introductions and updates thereof, anticipated pricing changes, projected monthly unit sales by model grouping and new marketing programs, consistent with the access and attendance granted to NFC personnel prior to the inception of the Program (it being understood that any information obtained therefrom shall be deemed to be confidential information).
Product Reviews. Twice annually the parties will meet to review the product plans with respect to the GemStone Programs. SCT's feature set requirements and the prioritization of those requirements will be considered by GemStone when making final determinations with respect to its GemStone Programs product plans.
Product Reviews. 11.1 The Ministry may, at any time but not more than once in any 12 month period, request a Vodafone conduct a Product Review of the Services provided by Vodafone under this Agreement.

Supplier will timely answer inquiries by Costco with respect to responses to any Product reviews that Costco believes are necessary.
