Procurement Standards. The Subgrantee, through its authorized representative, certifies the unit of government below has written procurement policies and standards that are compliant with the requirements set forth in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Requirements, 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317-326, and OJP Financial Guide, Section 3.8. Additionally, the Subgrantee assures these policies and standards will be utilized for all federal grant related procurement activities Conflict of interest: Decisions related to use of these grant funds must be free of undisclosed personal organizational conflicts of interest, both in fact and in appearance. The subgrantee, through its authorized representative, certifies that the unit of government below is compliant with OMS Uniform Requirements, 2C.F.R. § 200.112, and OJP Financial Guide Section 3.21 regarding Conflict of Interest, and will notify the City, in writing of any potential conflicts of interest in accordance with this Agreement.
